What size should I get?
If you are unsure about sizing, size guides are available on all products and if still in doubt email us at email@example.com and we will give you all the guidance that we possibly can. Exchanges are accepted please read the returns & exchanges page for more info.
What payment options are available?
We take almost all! We want the payment process to be very easy and convenient for you our payment options are, PayPal, Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro and Google Pay. All payments are secure and processed though Shopify.
My item is damaged or faulty
Email us with your order number & photo of faulty item within 7 days of receiving it. Please check the returns policy for full information on faulty or damaged items.
I received the wrong item!
Send us an email with your order number and an image of what you have received within 7 days of receiving the parcel, a free shipping label will be sent you to return the item. Once it is returned the original item will be sent out.
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived, we’re here to help you get to the bottom of it. Before contacting us, check the tracking number sent in your despatch email, check with your neighbours and in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel. If you still can’t find your parcel contact firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number explaining the issue.
Can I track my order?
Of course! All orders are tracked have require a signature when delivered. Tracking numbers are giving with dispatched email.
